Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Bob’s Mobile Detailing website, booking requests and SMS booking conversations.
Bookings and services
Appointments are arranged directly with Bob by call or text. Provide accurate contact, vehicle and service-location details. Your appointment is confirmed only after Bob confirms the service, price, date, time and address with you. Appointment times are Eastern Time.
The package you select determines the included work. Additional services, unusual vehicle conditions and extra charges must be discussed and agreed to before that extra work begins. Contact us about schedule changes, cancellations, access instructions or a concern with your service.
SMS Terms

Text Bob directly about detailing services, availability, booking details and appointment confirmation. Bob handles the conversation himself.
How you agree to texts
Read the disclosure on our Call or text booking, then choose to send us a text. Sending your message gives Bob’s Mobile Detailing permission to reply about that inquiry and the booking discussed in that conversation. Opening the text-message composer without sending a message does not give consent.
Permission to reply is limited to your inquiry and appointment. It does not sign you up for recurring promotions or unrelated messages. Calling Bob does not subscribe you to texts.
Texting is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Call Bob at (734) 255-7724 if you prefer to arrange your appointment by phone.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies according to your questions and booking conversation. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your mobile carrier about those charges.
Stop messages or get help
Tell Bob if you do not want further text replies. You can text STOP to request no further messages. Stopping texts does not automatically cancel an existing detailing appointment. Contact Bob separately to change or cancel it.
For help with a text conversation, call Bob at (734) 255-7724. If messages are delayed or unavailable, call him to discuss the appointment.
Delivery and booking accuracy
Text delivery depends on mobile networks, and replies depend on Bob’s availability. Do not rely on SMS for emergencies. A text asking for a time does not reserve it. Wait for Bob to confirm the appointment, and tell him if any details are incorrect.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect and how we use it. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
