This Privacy Policy explains how Bob’s Mobile Detailing handles information collected through bobsmobiledetailing.com, booking requests, customer service conversations and our SMS booking program.

Information we collect

  • Booking and contact details: your name, phone number, email if provided, service address, town, appointment date and time, vehicle information, selected services, add-ons and access or cleaning notes.
  • Communications: messages you send to Bob, his replies, appointment details, and your requests about further contact.
  • Service records: job details, service photos, reviews or feedback you choose to provide, and transaction records needed to manage the work.
  • Existing account records: information previously provided through an owner or crew account may be retained with earlier service records. Public crew applications are paused.
  • Website information: our website and service providers may process IP addresses, device and browser information, essential cookies, and security or error logs needed to run and protect the site.

How we use information

We use this information to answer inquiries, arrange and manage detailing appointments, provide customer support, maintain business records, and operate and secure the website. Bob uses the contact, vehicle and location details needed to complete your service.

SMS privacy and consent

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile numbers and consent records are not sold, rented or shared with affiliates or third parties for their own advertising or promotional use. Providers that deliver messages or host our systems may process information needed to provide those services.
